All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.
During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, carrier, and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery windows:

Canada (Domestic): 3–9 business days
United States: 5–12 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide where permitted. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping rates.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Edmonton Sports Talk is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier errors, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or customs holds.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a resolution.

Returns Related to Shipping

If a return is approved, original shipping fees are non‑refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
